about myself and my blog.

my name is emily. i'm 18 and i had a blog before and it was an unhealthy blog. i was anorexic and bulimic for six years, recovered (kind of) for almost a year, and then had a really bad relapse for almost 6 months. this blog is different than my first blog because i am recovering from my ED. it's hard, but i don't want to lose any more weight, necessarily. instead i want to get in shape. i want to be toned, fit, and confident. i just want to look my best and be healthy. on this blog, i'll blog about my diet and progress with my recovery, nutrition, skincare, animals, self esteem, exercise, faith, love, art, and other things that i think are beautiful. as far as my diet goes, i am vegetarian and trying out more vegan things in hopes that someday i might make the switch. i am following a meal plan that i designed myself, right now. i'll post more about that later. please feel free to ask questions, i'm very friendly :]
